What data do we collect?

In the aforementioned context, Rakatu will comply with all current and relevant legal requirements concerning the secure storage of personal data, and will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance to all ongoing and future relevant legal security recommendations concerning such data, for as long as the data is held by us.
Our Company will keep your business and/ or personal data for the minimum period stipulated by the jurisdiction in which we are operating. For clarity, in most geographies, this will be a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data with secure industry-standard data deletion software for all digitally held data, and with minimum industry-standard shredding hardware for all physically stored data.
Cross-border data transfers – In the event that Rakatu requires to transfer personal information held on our computer servers or in our physical documents to other countries for the purposes of storage there, we undertake to comply with all relevant laws and protocols concerning the safe transfer of said data, and all such laws and protocols as may be in force in the country receiving the data, and in all cases to continue to treat the data with the same care and attention with which it is accorded in the jurisdiction of origin.

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. We will never do this without your explicit consent.
